ORDER CANCELLATION
Order cancellation is not permitted once you have submitted the form or claimed the item. A 50% cancellation fee of your entire order will be assessed. If you don't follow the rules, you'll be flagged as a bogus customer and blocked from our accounts.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
We will only accept returns and exchanges if the erroneous order was delivered.We require an uncut, clear unboxing video (beginning with the unopened package) in order to verify that we sent you the wrong item.We strongly suggest that customers take a video of themselves opening the item as evidence if this happens.NOTE: if the item is out of stock, a refund will be given.
